It’s been a lil hot damn minute since I’ve posted anything, hasn’t it? 🥴 The past couple of months have been a bit of a roller coaster, but I’m baaaaack! In the kitchen AND restaurants 🤭, just like this cayyyyuuuttte spot in London’s answer to Havana, Harlesden. I feel like balance has been restored (a little 😜).
Kitaba (or Quitaba) 🇦🇴🥜 Wipes the floor with Sunpat, you butter believe it 🤪. This insanely creamy, thick Angolan peanut paste is paaacked with flavour, and can be eaten on its own as a snack, or blended with hot water to become the base for Muamba de Ginguba (you’ll find her three posts down) 😋
